Saving Tokens in MS-Excel Format |
|
Use the DATA|export menu to export the contents of the Tokens database into an Excel format spreadsheet. The spreadsheet produced contains 2 tabs.
| • | The first tab displays all the tokens, except the ordinals. Note the "Q++ Defaults" column which corresponds to the values Q++ will look for if there is no translation available in the selected language. |
| • | The second tab displays all the ordinal tokens (ie first, second,… 1st, 2nd, … in all languages). |
The data exported to an Excel file cannot be re-used or imported by Q++. Use the Data Pump, to export data in a format re-useable by Q++ (for example at another site, or to send to Technical Support).
