To get help on a particular ScriptLine or ScriptLine Property, select it and press F1.

 

To get help whenever a Q++ dialog is showing, make sure the dialog is activated and press F1, or click on the Q++ help button.

 

To get help on any other visible element of the Q++ Main Window, place your mouse over the control in question, but do not click, and press F1.
